• Built a creative services department of 13 designers (+ contractors) from scratch to expand creative offerings into AI, AR, VR, gamified, dynamic and interactive experiences, producing $1M+ in annual incremental revenue.
• Orchestrated a B2B fee structure for the in-house creative agency (“InMarket Studio”) to capture standalone revenue streams from creative services for Fortune 500 client brands, unlocking ~$15M in potential revenue.
